Bereits seit 2013 ist der 3er Cup ein fixer Bestandteil in der Österreichischen Triathlonszene. Auch 2021 gibt es drei unterschiedliche Distanzen vom Linz Triathlon, Trumer Triathlon und Steeltowman zum Spezialpreis. Nur die Reihenfolge der Veranstaltungen hat sich geändert! Der Abschlussbewerb ist der Steeltownman am 21. August mit der Sprintdistanz. Eröffnet wird die Serie mit der Olympischen Distanz beim Linztriathlon am 5. Juni. Wie gewohnt präsentiert sich Mitte Juli der Trumer Triathlon mit der Mitteldistanz. Die Anmeldung zu allen drei Bewerben erfolgt in einem Anmeldevorgang über das Anmeldeportal des Linz Triathlons.
